Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only.

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information after the order has shipped.

Standard shipping costs $9.99. Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping.

Estimated transit time is 3–5 business days after the carrier receives the package. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, or an incorrect shipping address.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. If you notice an address error, contact us immediately at brandlineshopllc@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, contact us promptly with your order number so we can review the issue.
